Navy Child and Youth Programs (CYP) has concluded a multi-year pilot to update and revise the inclusion process. The goals of the pilot were to streamline services for patrons with dependents who have disabilities: emotional, behavioral, or developmental identified needs, and to allow Navy CYP to utilize a team approach to support inclusion. Navy CYP is implementing inclusive practices to meet the legal requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Delta Air Lines is pleased to offer children of active-duty Navy service members an experience of a lifetime this summer, at the National Flight Academy in Pensacola, Florida! Fourteen scholarships will be awarded for students to attend a dynamic six-day, five-night program at the National Flight Academy. he Navy CYP ETP will enable eligible employees to voluntarily request a transfer to any Navy operated CYP outside of the requesting employees commuting range of current duty station.
In 2018, three Navy teens were selected as Regional MYOYs and advanced to the National MYOY Celebration. During the 2018 National MYOY Celebration, the Navy teens and their advisors participated in a filmed interview session to share their stories, thoughts, and advice. Reflection guides provide opportunities for deeper learning during/after the viewing experience. Reflection guides are provided for the "teen" and the "advisor" sets of videos and are directed for three different audiences: teens, advisors, and Training & Curriculum (T&C) Specialists.
