Fee Assistance Programs

Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN) and Other Fee Assistance Programs

For assistance requesting fee assistance, contact our MCC Support line above. For questions about completing your registration after receiving an offer for fee assistance, refer to the appropriate tab below.

Air Force/Space Force members who need support from a DAF representative to coordinate with CCAoA, email af.a1soc@us.af.mil

IMPORTANT NOTE: Department of Air Force/Space Force (DAF) and USMC MCCYN Program Administration Change

Starting in June 2026, administration of the MCCYN fee assistance programs for DAF and USMC families will transition from Child Care Aware of America (CCAoA) to the MilitaryChildCare.com Fee Assistance Management (MCC FAM) team. Families will transition in phases and will be notified in advance before any action is required.

Information for current DAF and USMC MCCYN families:

  • Continue to submit payments to CCAoA.
  • If you have a provider rate change, contact CCAoA.
  • If you are due for a renewal, the MCC FAM team will contact you.
  • Monitor your email for helpful updates regarding this transition.
