The Navy CYP Employee Transfer Program (ETP) as been developed to provide guidance to all eligible NAF CY-I and CY-II 1702 series positions. The Navy CYP ETP will enable eligible employees to voluntarily request a transfer to any Navy operated CYP outside of the requesting employees commuting range of current duty station.
