The purpose of the Child Development Home (CDH) Monitor position is to oversee a caseload of up to 30 in-process and/or certified CDH providers and to ensure that there are safe, developmentally appropriate environments for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age in these homes. A variety of services are provided by CDH providers in accordance with demand and availability of funding, including full-time child development programs for infants, pretoddlers, toddlers, preschool and school-age children as well as emergency, respite, hourly, infant and toddler, special needs, extended hours, and overnight care.

The purpose of the Child Development Home (CDH) Director position is to administer a home-based developmentally appropriate early childhood and school age program for children of eligible patrons. Administration includes direction and operation of a small (up to 29 homes) or medium (30-85 homes) CDH system. A variety of services are provided by CDH providers in accordance with demand and availability of funding, including full-time child development programs for infants, pretoddlers, toddlers, preschool and school-age children as well as emergency, respite, hourly, infant and toddler, special needs, extended hours, and overnight care. Services provided by the CDH program include developmental assessments, extensive CDH provider training, CDH inspections and home visits, and parent education programs.

The purpose of the Family Child Care Director (Child Development Home (CDH) Director) position is to administer a home based developmentally appropriate early childhood and school age program for children of eligible patrons. Administration includes direction and operation of a large CDH system (86+ providers).

The purpose of the Child Development Home (CDH) Director with Oversight position is twofold: (l) developmentally appropriate home-based early childhood and school age program for children of eligible patrons and (2) oversee all installation Child and Youth Programs (CYPs). Administration includes direction and operation of a small (up to 29 homes) or medium (30-85 homes)CDH. A variety of services are provided by CDH providers in accordance with demand and availability of funding, including full-time child development programs for infants, pretoddlers, toddlers, preschool and school-age children as well as emergency, respite, hourly, infant and toddler, special needs, extended hours, and overnight care. A variety of services are provided by CDH providers in accordance with demand and availability of funding, including full-time child development programs for infants, pretoddlers, toddlers, preschool and school-age children as well as emergency, respite, hourly, infant and toddler, special needs, extended hours, and overnight care. Services provided by the CDH program include developmental assessments, extensive CDH provider training, CDH inspections and home visits, and parent education programs.

The purpose of the Child Development Center (CDC) Director with Oversight position is twofold: (1) to administer a developmentally appropriate child development program for children of eligible patrons and (2) oversee all installation Child and Youth Programs (CYPs). Administration includes the direction and operation of a small CDC (up to 100 children). A variety of services are provided in accordance with demand and availability of funding to include full-time child development programs for ages 6 weeks through 12 years, emergency care, special needs care, developmental assessments, and extensive staff training and parent education programs.

The purpose of the Child Development Center (CDC) Director with Oversight position is twofold: (1) to administer a developmentally appropriate child development program for children of eligible patrons; and (2) oversee all installation Child and Youth Programs (CYPs). Administration includes the direction and operation of a medium CDC (101-199 children). A variety of services are provided in accordance with demand and availability of funding to include full-time child development programs for ages 6 weeks through 12 years, emergency care, special needs care, developmental assessments, and extensive staff training and parent education programs.

The purpose of the Child Development Center (CDC) Director with Oversight position is two-fold: (1) to administer a developmentally appropriate child development program for children of eligible patrons; and (2) oversee all installation Child and Youth Programs (CYPs). Administration includes the direction and operation of a large (200+ children) CDC. A variety of services are provided in accordance with demand and availability of funding to include full-time child development programs for ages 6 weeks through 12 years, emergency care, special needs care, developmental assessments, and extensive staff training and parent education programs.

The purpose of the Child Development Center (CDC) Director position is to administer a center based developmentally appropriate early childhood program for children of eligible patrons.

The purpose of the Child and Youth Program (CYP) Training Specialist position is to provide and deliver a comprehensive training program to CYP employees and Child Development Home (CDH) providers that supports the professional requirements of their positions and the implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum/program that fosters the physical, social, emotional, cognitive and language development of children and youth, ages 6 weeks to 18 years. A comprehensive CYP training program directly correlates to the quality of child and youth programs provided.
