All families registering with Navy CYP must complete a Parent Fee Agreement for their participating children. The Fee Agreement must be completed electronically by a CYP employee and signed by the sponsor. Agreements must be updated annually. 8.30.2022: Category XIV was added to the Fee Category drop-down menu.
