Each year, DoD sets fee ranges for the entire military system of care. Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC) issues a Navy Fee Policy Letter each fall that provides details on the full range of fees for Navy CYPs worldwide. Parent Fees are required to be implemented on November 1, 2025 for all programs.
