Parent Fact Sheet - YSF

The information within the Parent Fact Sheet concerns the basic rules of the sport/activity, equipment and uniform requirements, safety issues, promotion of good sportsmanship for both children and parents, skill development for their child, and information on how to complete the Parent Association for Youth Sports (PAYS) training.

Parent Fee Agreement

All families registering with Navy CYP must complete a Parent Fee Agreement for their participating children. The Fee Agreement must be completed electronically by a CYP employee and signed by the sponsor. Agreements must be updated annually.

Parent Fee Letter Template

All CYP installations must release a single CYP Parent Fee Letter annually that includes fees for CDC, SAC, CDH programs and 24/7 Centers for children ages birth to 12 (and recreational programs as appropriate). The template has been developed in Word so that installations can tailor the information to reflect the fees at their location.
