The Parent Handbook is written for parents and families whose children and youth are enrolled in Navy CYP. It provides an overview of Navy CYP services, programming, and policies. Parents receive a copy of the Parent Handbook at enrollment and sign that they received its information and understand its policies.

This revised Management Standard 2024 builds upon the MS 2014 standards. 

The CYMS Household Records User Guide is designed to assist CYP employees in creating and maintaining Household Records. These standards define the types of information that must be stored in the Household Records for all participating CYP families and provide the user with step-by-step instructions on how to enter and maintain child and family information in CYMS.

This guide provides information for requesting statewide criminal history searches for employees.

 CYMS Medical Issues reports provide critical, easily accessible information about the identified needs of children so that employees can respond quickly and calmly in case of a child's health emergency.

The Subsidy Administration Standard focuses on structure of subsidies, circumstances under which a CDH space becomes eligible for a subsidy, the types of subsidies authorized and how they are determined, as well as other discounts or offsets.
