The Management Standard directs authorized resources at the regional and installation levels for all CYP program components. This revised Management Standard builds upon the previous Standard, addresses new requirements, and incorporates lessons learned both internally and externally in the early childhood and youth development fields. If it is determined an installation's individual circumstances warrant a modified approach, CNIC N96 has the authority to approve such changes for individual installations.
