Daily Gram--CNICCYP 1700/41

CDC, 24/7 Center and CDH programs use the Daily Gram to collect information from parents before dropping the child off in care (e.g., "What time will your child be ready for another bottle?" "Does your child usually nap?") to help Teachers prepare to meet the child's needs on that specific day. They also use the form to share information with parents when they pick up the child from care (e.g., what the child ate for breakfast or lunch, what time the last diaper change was).
