Navy Child and Youth Programs are required to establish administrative procedures, record keeping and file maintenance systems to ensure information is organized, accurate, and readily accessible. The Navy CYP Enrollment and Record Keeping Standards provide CYP professionals with specific information and guidance regarding requirements for record keeping and file maintenance for enrolled children and CYP professionals.
The 24/7 Center Enrollment and Record Keeping (ERK) Standard provides guidance for enrollment and record keeping, including scanning requirements, for records for children, families, and CYP Professionals.
The CDH Enrollment and Record Keeping Standard provides guidance for enrollment and record keeping for records for children, families, and CYP Professionals.
