The Hiring Event Toolkit is designed to help installations plan and execute one-day hiring events. The Toolkit includes a Guide to Navy CYP Hiring Events which details the process, requirements, and best practices from initial, advance planning through post event reporting. In addition, the Toolkit includes a comprehensive suite of supporting resources, such as staffing and hire tracking spreadsheets, station checklists, templates, and other hire processing tools.

(MSA) representative. The document contains the MSA Representative policy letter, training guidelines and nomination packet. The MSA Representative Training is a three day intensive training designed to prepare individuals with a strong background and experience in the field of School Age Services to conduct assessment of Candidates working with School Age children.
