The Hiring Event Toolkit is designed to help installations plan and execute one-day hiring events. The Toolkit includes a Guide to Navy CYP Hiring Events which details the process, requirements, and best practices from initial, advance planning through post event reporting. In addition, the Toolkit includes a comprehensive suite of supporting resources, such as staffing and hire tracking spreadsheets, station checklists, templates, and other hire processing tools.

The MSA Representative Training is a three day intensive training designed to prepare individuals with a strong background and experience in the field of School Age Services to conduct assessment of Candidates working with School Age children.
