School Liaison Officer's (SLOs) are responsible for all aspects of implementing the CYES function of the Navy's CYP. The SLO serves as the primary liaison between community schools, commanders, and military parents. The Child Youth Program (CYP) closed circuit television (CCTV) system is installed in CYP facilities to provide real-time video of all areas used by children and youth.
