This video series reviews the importance of the structure of the environment as it promotes development and learning (specifically evaluating the library area and the discovery area), teaches how to use the Coach's Guide to evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the environment to support teachers, and review planning the next steps.

This guide provides CYMS (Navy specific) instructions on the following functionality for maintaining Staff training records: records training requirements, due dates and completion dates, produces a report equivalent to the Individual Development Plan (IDP), which provides a listing of all training requirements for each level of training along with due dates, completion dates, and clock hours, generates reports to track training coming due or overdue and the Bulk Training Update program allows you to complete or link one or more trainings to one or more staff members.

The Child and Youth Volunteer Orientation provides the basic essentials volunteers need to know before working with children and youth, putting volunteers on the path towards being a successful CYP volunteer.
The Child Youth Program (CYP) closed circuit television (CCTV) system is installed in CYP facilities to provide real-time video of all areas used by children and youth. The CYP CCTV Training Manual has been designed to familiarize CYP facility personnel with the CYP CCTV system. Upon completion of this training manual, CYP personnel will be knowledgeable of the capabilities of the CYP CCTV system.
