Annual unannounced inspections are required at all Navy Child and Youth Programs (CYP) operated on any Navy installation or jurisdiction by Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) CYP Higher Headquarters. This is the Inspection Criteria Checklist that will be used during the CY25 inspection cycle for Child Development Centers, effective 1 January 2025. All personnel responsible for CYP operations are required to be aware of the criteria and ensure they are met.
