Annual unannounced inspections are required at all Navy Child and Youth Programs (CYP) operated on any Navy installation or jurisdiction by Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) CYP Higher Headquarters. Enclosures (1) through (9) are the Inspection Criteria Checklists that will be used during the CY25 inspection cycle, effective 1 January 2025.
