These checklists are tools used by the CNIC HQ Inspection Team when evaluating safety and cleanliness of facilities during annual Higher Headquarters Inspections.

The following checklists may be used to gather information about environmental factors that influence the program's ability to support children's needs.

This template is required to be signed by the Installation CYP Director and the Regional CYP Program Manager to confirm that they have reviewed an installation's CYP Emergency Management Plan AND VERIFIED COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE REFERENCES.
