The Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account is a benefit that may provide some relief for military service members. As part of its obligation to take care of service members and families, the Department of Defense is implementing DCFSAs to support families with expenses such as child care, preschool, elder care, summer camp and more.

The Parent Handbook is written for parents and families whose children and youth are enrolled in Navy CYP. It provides an overview of Navy CYP services, programming, and policies. Parents receive a copy of the Parent Handbook at enrollment and sign that they received its information and understand its policies.

This document may be provided to families preparing for PCS, or to any families that need more information about resources for service members and their families from birth to age 18.
