The DOD Child Abuse Hotline Poster shall be posted in a location that is visible to staff and parents. This includes in the lobby of all CYP facilities, on every classroom parent information board, at all FCC homes, and in or near the School Liaison office (if the office is located outside of a CYP facility).
A Plan of Action and Milestones is used at the installation after a Inspection and accompanies an Exception Request. Both a blank plan and sample plan are available.

This mandatory form will be used to document corrective actions for the MDTI, all comprehensive inspections, monthly fire inspections, monthly health sanitation inspections and YSF preseason inspections.
The CY24 CYP Youth Sponsorship Program Snapshot must be uploaded into the Inspection Management System. It must also be filed in the CYP Inspection Box with all copies of supporting information attached. The Snapshot will be used as a coversheet. Use of the Youth Sponsorship Program Snapshot is REQUIRED.
