The CYP Partnership Agreement with NAYS Policy Letter & Attachment provides specifics and processes regarding the NAYS Partnership Agreement to enhance the health and wellness of Navy youth with NAYS to provide streamlined processes for Youth Sport Coach and Officials certifications, Parent Association training, and the Start Smart program.

Since 1947, Youth of the Year has been Boys & Girls Clubs of America's premier recognition program, celebrating the extraordinary achievements of Club and Youth Center members. The application includes an overview, eligibility requirements and application process, scoring framework, job description, checklist, and various application materials. Additionally, a fillable flyer is provided for CYPs to advertise and engage teens to participate in the BGCA Military Youth of the Year (MYOY) program.

There are three distinct placards for use on each crib and portable crib per infant. Every infant in care in a CYP must have an applicable placard prominently displayed in a clear sheet protector attached to or immediately above the infantΓÇÖs assigned crib.

The School Based Programming Guidebook serves as a guide to initiating and sustaining Child and Youth Education Services and Youth Sponsorship programs in Local Education Agencies. The guidebook also outlines the specific responsibilities of Navy SLOs with regard to the initiatives.

The purpose of the School Liaison and Youth Sponsorship Best Practices Catalog is to create a central library of Child & Youth Education Services (CYES) "Best Practices" to facilitate information sharing between Navy Child and Youth Programs (CYP) and other Fleet and Family Readiness functional areas. A submission template has been provided for installations to submit their best practices for consideration. Submissions should be sent by installations to CNIC N926 CYES via each Region.

Programs can use this attachment as an enclosure to document specific case information to include each child, the childΓÇÖs needs presented at the IAT, accommodations required to meet the childΓÇÖs needs, and IAT recommendations.

The following checklists may be used to gather information about environmental factors that influence the program's ability to support children's needs.

This Emergency Response Report template has been provided as an optional tool for Family Child Care Providers. Facility-based programs are required to post the Emergency Response Report generated from CYMS.

The Inclusion Standard provides policies and standards for including children with disabilities and other special needs in Navy CYPs, including the role of the Inclusion Action Team (IAT) and other inclusion support systems, identifying needs, referral systems, accommodations, and behavior support
