This DoD instruction established policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures for providing child care to children of individuals eligible for military child care.

The Parent Handbook is written for parents and families whose children and youth are enrolled in Navy CYP. It provides an overview of Navy CYP services, programming, and policies. Parents receive a copy of the Parent Handbook at enrollment and sign that they received its information and understand its policies.

The MCC Coordinator uses this resource to introduce MilitaryChildCare.com and communicate the photograph approval and press process with PAO.
