Annual unannounced inspections are required at all Navy Child and Youth Programs (CYP) operated on any Navy installation or jurisdiction by Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) CYP Higher Headquarters. This is the Inspection Criteria Checklist that will be used during the CY24 inspection cycle for 24/7 Centers, effective 1 January 2024. All personnel responsible for CYP operations are required to be aware of the criteria and ensure they are met.

The CYP Parent Fees Standard provides guidance on the administration of parent fee regulations as mandated in the OPNAVINST 1700.9 (series).
