Programs must develop and implement an emergency response medication portability procedure for each child requiring emergency response medication for a life-threatening condition. The IAT must review the childΓÇÖs portability procedure, and the Director must approve it. Programs have the discretion to determine the most effective procedure to meet this requirement. The Navy CYP Enrollment and Record Keeping Standards provide CYP professionals with specific information and guidance regarding requirements for record keeping and file maintenance for enrolled children and CYP professionals.
The SAC Additional Enrollment Cost Analysis Worksheet was developed to assist Directors in determining the costs associated with increasing enrollment in the SAC program. The worksheet will calculate the additional expenses and show the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) profit or loss associated with the projected increased enrollment.
