Interactions and Relationships Standards - Policy Letter

The Navy Child and Youth Programs (CYP) Interactions and Relationships Standards Policy Letter introduces the four program-specific standards that provide CYP Professionals with specific information and guidance regarding the Navy's requirements for facilitating appropriate and healthy interactions. Understanding the importance of, and implementing positive interactions with, children are major factors in preventing child maltreatment and ensuring children are safe, relationships are healthy, and children are free to learn and explore in a supportive and nurturing environment.
