Family Child Care Director - Small or Medium FCC - NF-1701-04, CYP 13-25
The purpose of the Family Child Care (FCC) Director position is to administer a home-based developmentally appropriate early childhood and school age program for children of eligible patrons. Administration includes direction and operation of a small (up to 29 homes) or medium (30-85 homes) FCC system. A variety of services are provided by FCC providers in accordance with demand and availability of funding, including full-time child development programs for infants, pretoddlers, toddlers, preschool and school-age children as well as emergency, respite, hourly, infant and toddler, special needs, extended hours, and overnight care. Services provided by the FCC program include developmental assessments, extensive FCC provider training, FCC inspections and home visits, and parent education programs.
