This document provides an overview of the Navy Reserve Force Weekend Drill Child Care (WDCC) Pilot program including eligibility, enrollment, provider requirements, and payments. Updated in October 2023 to add new locations.

This form must be submitted to authorize the sponsor for the WDCC pilot program.

Families applying for Army MCCYN should complete this form if the spouse is not working because they are on maternity or paternity leave.

Families applying for Army MCCYN may need to obtain a signed statement from their installation's CYP office indicating that there is at least a 45-day wait to receive on-bases care before qualifying for Army MCCYN.

Families applying for Army MCCYN may need to complete this form if the spouse owns their own business but cannot provide a Schedule C.
