Operational Review Request and Exception Process - CYP HQ

An Operational Review process has been established to allow review of requests for programmatic changes (e.g., staffing, utilization, curriculum implementation, etc.), short-term non-critical operation outside of policy, as well as requests for Extensions to previously approved Exceptions to be submitted via the Inspection Management System (IMS).
