The Council of Professional Recognition has developed the Child Development Associate and Military School Age credentials to improve the quality of child and school-age care programs. CNIC CYP will continue to provide supplemental funding to offer CYP employees and CDH Providers an opportunity to continue their training and receive recognition from a national organization. CNIC (N926) has established a centralized contract with the Council of Professional Recognition to streamline the process for funding the CDA and MSA credentials. Enclosures (1) through (4) provide the processes for participating in this opportunity.

CYPs complete this form to inform families of upcoming off-base field trips or special events for their children/youth. Forms must be created for each event. Families sign and return completed forms to give permission for their children/youth to participate. Families may use one permission slip for all participating children/youth attending the event.
These first aid kit checklists can be used to inventory first aid kits. The Inspection Checklist version is used by inspectors. The monthly checklist may be used by programs to inventory kits for 12 months and maintained with the first aid kit as documentation that the kit was inventoried monthly.
