CYP optional daily classroom checklist

CYMS New Child & Youth Center Checklist - Please contact VSI two-three months out from projected opening date of new center. Certain information may need to be inputted into CYMS database by VSI or CNIC. Other information will be input by your installation C&YP team.

The following checklists may be used to gather information about environmental factors that influence the program's ability to support children's needs.

CYP Daily Facility checklist

A poster reflecting these steps is required to be posted at each handwashing location.

These checklists are tools used by the CNIC HQ Inspection Team when evaluating safety and cleanliness of facilities during annual Higher Headquarters Inspections.

This mandatory form will be used to document corrective actions for the MDTI, all comprehensive inspections, monthly fire inspections, monthly health sanitation inspections and YSF preseason inspections.

This playground inspection form must be used by local playground inspectors to document annual playground inspections.

These tools accompany the Navy CYP Program-Initiated Inclusion Support Path. Installations will use these tools to support children and youthΓÇÖs needs as they arise in the program.
