The Hiring Event Toolkit is designed to help installations plan and execute one-day hiring events. The Toolkit includes a Guide to Navy CYP Hiring Events which details the process, requirements, and best practices from initial, advance planning through post event reporting. In addition, the Toolkit includes a comprehensive suite of supporting resources, such as staffing and hire tracking spreadsheets, station checklists, templates, and other hire processing tools.
The Navy's Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) Program at Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) is responsible for policy development, resourcing, and oversight of quality of life programs.
