These national standards represent the best evidence, expertise, and experience in the country on quality health and safety practices and policies that should be followed in today's early care and education settings.
These first aid kit checklists can be used to inventory first aid kits. The Inspection Checklist version is used by inspectors. The monthly checklist may be used by programs to inventory kits for 12 months and maintained with the first aid kit as documentation that the kit was inventoried monthly.
