CYES completion of CY24 Child and Youth Education Services Snapshot is mandatory and includes placing a copy filed in the CYP/CYES Inspection Box/Folder with copies of supporting information attached. The CYES Snapshot is a coversheet to SLP inspection criteria. It is also mandatory to upload the completed CYES Snapshot form CYP Inspection Management System (IMS) (do not include the supporting documents, only the CYES Snapshot).

Welcome to the Inclusion Action Team (IAT)! This training provides new IAT members with an overview of the role of the IAT within Child & Youth Programs (CYP) and introduce the framework CYP uses to support children with disabilities and identified needs.
Annual unannounced inspections are required at all Navy Child and Youth Programs (CYP) operated on any Navy installation or jurisdiction by Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) CYP Higher Headquarters. This is the Inspection Criteria Checklist that will be used during the CY24 inspection cycle for School Liaison Officers, effective 1 January 2024. All personnel responsible for CYP operations are required to be aware of the criteria and ensure they are met.
