The HR Survival Guide for NAF Managers and Supervisors will equip new managers and supervisors of NAF personnel with resources necessary to succeed in their job. The CYP Parent Fees Standard provides guidance on the administration of parent fee regulations as mandated in the OPNAVINST 1700.9 (series). This standard includes detailed instructions and examples for calculating Total Family Income (TFI), which is used to determine parent fees in all Navy CYPs, including full-day and part-day care.
The YP ERK Standard provides guidance for enrollment and record keeping, including scanning requirements, for records for youth, families, and Professionals, and how to maintain paper and electronic documents.
