The Virtual Family Readiness Store was created to assist installations with streamlined procurement of Family Readiness logo products such as staff uniforms and promotional items. The Family Readiness Store is operated by a competively selected fulfillment company. Regions, installations and individuals may place orders directly to the website.

Policy letter states that BGCA and Navy YP Memorandum of Agreement established a cooperative agreement between BGCA and Navy YP to become an affiliate organization of BGCA. The Council of Professional Recognition has developed the Child Development Associate and Military School Age credentials to improve the quality of child and school-age care programs. CNIC CYP will continue to provide supplemental funding to offer CYP employees and CDH Providers an opportunity to continue their training and receive recognition from a national organization. CNIC (N926) has established a centralized contract with the Council of Professional Recognition to streamline the process for funding the CDA and MSA credentials. The purpose of the Youth Director position is to administer a developmentally appropriate youth program for children of eligible patrons. Administration includes the direction and operation of a small (up to 99 children) or a medium (100-199 children) School Age Care (SAC) program and/or a Youth Program (YP).

The purpose of the Regional Resource and Referral (R&R) Director position is to operate the Child and Youth Program (CYP)Resource and Referral (R&R) Program, which is a service provided to the military community to assist each family in identifying child care needs, child care options and child and youth related resources. The R&R collects, maintains and reports data and statistics on child care requested, child care available, and problems encountered by parents in locating child care.

The purpose of the Regional Program Analyst is to provide support to the Regional Child and Youth Program (CYP) Manager through the conduct of various analysis functions including financial analysis, staff advisory analysis services, personnel administration, and general administrative support for assigned organizational elements.
