On 22 August 2014, the National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS) launched various updates to the Navy CYP Chapter Utilities section of the NAYS Chapter Management Website. In response, CNIC CYP (N926) hosted two (2) GoToWebinars to provide a tutorial of the newly designed features and functionality of the Navy CYP Chapter Utilities section of the NAYS Chapter Management Website. The target audience for this training is Youth Directors, Assistant Youth Directors, Youth Sports and Fitness Coordinators, Teen Coordinators, and direct care staff who are responsible for assisting in the execution of Navy Youth Sports and Fitness (YSF) programming.

In 2018, three Navy teens were selected as Regional MYOYs and advanced to the National MYOY Celebration. During the 2018 National MYOY Celebration, the Navy teens and their advisors participated in a filmed interview session to share their stories, thoughts, and advice. Reflection guides provide opportunities for deeper learning during/after the viewing experience. Reflection guides are provided for the "teen" and the "advisor" sets of videos and are directed for three different audiences: teens, advisors, and Training & Curriculum (T&C) Specialists.
Navy CYP has worked with NAEYC to develop a series of webinar format training content on topic areas that will be beneficial to programs as you navigate the NAEYC accreditation process.
The completion of the training series (combined with locally provided training) will support CYP professionals seeking to extend their Certified Youth Sports Administrator (CYSA) credential.
