The HR Survival Guide for NAF Managers and Supervisors will equip new managers and supervisors of NAF personnel with resources necessary to succeed in their job. It's designed to allow new supervisors the opportunity to access HR information both during their orientation/on-boarding period and whenever circumstances arise where the adherence to procedures or policies is necessary in the performance of their job.
