Policy letter states that BGCA and Navy YP Memorandum of Agreement established a cooperative agreement between BGCA and Navy YP to become an affiliate organization of BGCA. As an affiliate of BGCA, Navy YP can offer BGCA developed programs and activities, request and receive grants, participate in trainings, and request technical assistance in all aspects of youth development offerings within BGCA.

A submission template has been provided for installations to submit their best practices for consideration. Submissions should be sent by installations to CNIC N926 CYES via each Region.
