Navy Child and Youth Programs standardized positions descriptions (PDs) are required to be use for all Navy CYP operations. Enclosure (1) provides an updated chart of all CYP standardized PDs which are required to be used. This course is designed to teach professionals who support military-connected children and youth the challenges and joys that children face during a time of reintegration following a family memberΓÇÖs return after an extended absence. Participants will learn strategies to help students adjust during the reunion, and during the journey of reconnecting and reestablishing family routine.
S.P.A.R.C. is an online learning platform which provides participants with the knowledge needed to prepare young people to develop hardiness skills to meet personal and professional goals through identification of their sparks and interests while developing a growth mindset. This training is available for all military and civilian families associated with Navy Installations to include Navy Reserve families.
