Program Analyst (Professional and Program Development) - NF-0343-04, CYP 23-01

The Program and Professional Development Analyst provides support to installation CYP programs; serves as a consultant to the installation CYP teams with primary responsibility for professional development and programming regulatory requirements. The incumbent assumes responsibility for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements to include but not limited to: child/youth development and curriculum, professional development, national accreditation, Department of Defense (DoD) certification, inclusion, and risk management practices region-wide. Conducts analysis of trends throughout the region to identify gaps that can effectively be corrected through appropriate training.
