The Art of Science: Creating STEM Experiences, No Matter Your Skill Webinar

Science, and the full range of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics), can be intimidating for those who lack confidence in the area. The goal of the webinar is to equip CYP staff with strategies to increase their confidence in facilitating STEM programming using curiosity and experiential learning methods. Participants will explore concepts of the scientific method connecting ideas to experiential learning. Participants will be encouraged to think creatively as they connect STEM concepts throughout programming and discover resources for curriculum and activities that enhance all core program areas.

The session is ideal for all CYP staff responsible for delivering school-age or teen programming. All staff charged with program delivery can benefit from the program not just those who may work with a STEM emphasis.
