Policy Clarification for Youth Program Staff to Child Ratio Requirements

This memorandum updates and clarifies authorized staff to child ratios for transportation and program activities on and off the installation, and provides an updated table outlining Youth Programs Staff to Child Ratios by Program and Activity. This table will also be updated in the Supervision and Accountability Standard.
