Navy Child and Youth Programs (CYP) is implementing an employee discount for Navy CYP employees.
This policy is in effect until the implementation of the new Parent Fees, Employee Discount, and Subsidies Memorandum goes into effect on November 1.
Update 9/14/2025: The CYP Employee Discount notification template has been provided as an optional tool for Managers to use to notify employees about changes to the CYP employee discount that will be implemented on 1 November 2025.
