The purpose of the Youth Director position is to administer a developmentally appropriate program for children of eligible patrons (Large 200-299 children; Extra Large 300+ children). A variety of youth services are provided in accordance with demand and availability of funding to include youth development programs for ages 3 to 18 years old, before and after care, summer
and winter camps, open recreation, youth sports and fitness, and teen programs.
